The story behind Horizon Campers

Horizon Campers was born from one simple but powerful moment: experiencing freedom at the edge of the world.

In 2019, I traveled through Australia, where I truly got to know the overland life for the first time. During this trip, I tested various rooftop tents and outdoor accessories, often in the most impressive locations – from rugged landscapes to vast beaches. Not only did my knowledge grow here, but above all, my passion.

With a love for 4x4 driving, camping, and adventure, I discovered how special it is to be able to stop anywhere, set up your tent, and wake up in places most people only dream of.

The turning point came on the beach at Noosa Heads. There stood my Nissan Patrol, looking out over the ocean as the sun slowly set on the horizon. That moment – silence, freedom, and pure enjoyment – was the inspiration for everything that followed.

I knew for sure: I had to share this feeling.

That is how Horizon Campers was born.
A brand that doesn't just sell products, but represents a lifestyle. With carefully selected rooftop tents, awnings, and overland accessories, we want to give others the opportunity to experience the same freedom, peace, and adventure.
